When you join the Lakeshore HBA, you become a member of the local, State, and National Home Builders Association.

  • Lakeshore HBA members periodically meet with code officials and Legislative Representatives for round-table discussions.
  • The HBA of Michigan impacts legislative, regulatory, and legal issues affecting housing affordability.
